eRequest Placer

A tool demonstrating electronic request workflows and the practical use of FHIR and SNOMED CT. Users can switch between two clinician roles (each with their own favourites list), add coded clinical notes, and create both Pathology and Imaging requests.

Start here, and create a eRequest!

eRequest Placer — AI variant

An AI-enhanced sister of the eRequest Placer. Once complete, this variant will derive SNOMED CT reason codes from free-text clinical notes, derive procedure codes from natural-language test descriptions, and run pre-send clinical decision support — backed by Openrouter and Ontoserver MCP.

Currently a Phase 0 scaffold — functionally identical to the original eRequest Placer. AI features arrive in later phases (see PLAN.md).

eRequest Dashboard

An interactive dashboard for exploring service requests with advanced filters powered by SNOMED CT and FHIR terminology services. The dashboard updates in real time as new requests arrive and existing ones change.

Browse all live requests on the FHIR server, and apply various filters.

eRequest Consumer app

Load to check the status of a request. Uses a QR reader on mobile device to find the request. Otherwise, paste in the URL from the request.

eRequest Filler Reception

A demonstration patient reception app that allows staff to quickly look up a presenting patient by name or QR code, and view any associated requests submitted by their provider.

Fulfil the role of a diagnostic service provider, where a patient has presented and claim a request!

eDiagnosticReport — Laboratory

A pathology laboratory app for actioning claimed service requests. Enter results for tests like FBC, LFT, and UEC via config-driven forms, then post AU Core-compliant DiagnosticReports back to the FHIR server.

Fulfil the role of a pathology laboratory and report results!

Pathology Report Accumulator

A cumulative pathology results viewer. Select a patient and report to see up to 5 time-points side by side, with multiple display modes (Compact, Simple, Lab Specific, Method Specific) and adjustable sort order.

View cumulative pathology results across multiple reports!

Sup-Sup

A FHIR CodeSystem supplement editor. Load a source CodeSystem or ValueSet alongside an existing supplement, edit properties and designations per concept, then save the updated supplement back to file.

Maintain CodeSystem supplements without hand-editing JSON!
